	Simon Chan
	Graduated from The University of Hong Kong, qualified chartered secretary, obtained MBA in finance and E-commerce from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Simon has years of experience in shipping, airline operations, insurance, internal quality auditor, regional underwriter of transport and terminal risks, and is invited speaker and author on transport issues.
	Richard Chan
	Graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnics in Shipping and Transport, followed with series of academic achievements and professional qualifications, Richard has earned an MBA from University of East Asia, qualified for the Chartered Institute of Transport. He has more than 40 years working experience: 4 years in a leading shipping company, 11 years in a transport liability mutual club and a P&I Club and 25 years in insurance broker firms. Apart from holding popular public seminars, he is a sought after guru in claims handling and loss prevention in the freight industry. He is also the principal writer of the Chans Advice.
	Carrie Chung
	Graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration Information System, Carrie was a freight forwarder practitioner for two years before joining SMIC. She had ample freight forwarding operational, customer service and supervising experience in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Hong Kong. I believe the way to be a successful insurance consultant is to think from the perspective of our clients and put our clients' interest before ours. My job is to listen patiently and to deliver the required service to our clients. I truly believe my freight forwarding experience has given me the edge in understanding the logistics operators and hence their insurance needs.
	Celia To
	Years of experience in freight forwarding and courier industries and language skills from a degree in translation are perfect match for Celia to embark on her profession in logistics claims handling. Celia sets high to service standard in advising clients with a view to minimize their losses in the short run by professional claims handling advice as well as to improve their daily operations in the long run by suggesting loss preventive measures. I face different challenges in handling various kinds of claims everyday but it is certainly a good platform for me to apply my real world logistics knowledge into risk management practice.


	George Cheung
	Graduated from the University of Hong Kong in Actuarial Science, George clearly understands the importance and principles of insurance. He is especially interested and is undertaking every opportunity to master the everyday risks exposed to transport operators. I believe quality and fairly-priced insurance products do not worth much consideration if they do not suit client's needs. I spend most of my time in understanding the rules of the transport game. I perfectly know to hold out as a good consultant it is pre-requisite I need to be knowledgeable in my profession. I feel my daily task challenging through unabated interaction with clients. The process of knowledge sharing is thrill, cause I have to make sure that clients make informed decisions on which insurance to purchase. The mission of putting clients' interests in the fore front is, shall I say, the greatest accomplishment and driving force behind me.
	Herbert Ho
	Carrying 14 years experience in the Insurance Agency Department of a leading bank in Hong Kong and in another insurance broker, Herbert learnt that a caring heart is the most important element besides professional knowledge in customer relationship building. I will strive to get the appreciation from my clients as this is the greatest satisfaction and pleasure in my job.
	David Yip
	Graduated from the University of Hong Kong in Risk Management and Finance, David has been provided with strong insurance, financial and statistical background. David fully understands the importance of insurance which is one of the most commonly used risk management instruments. To strengthen his risk management skills, David has been taking some risk management related examinations from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. David hopes to utilize his professional knowledge especially those operational risk management skills in the logistics and transport industry. I believe in ‘No pains, no gains’. The more you are willing to explore, the more you will be rewarded. This definitely applies to my way of becoming a risk management professional.
	Olivia Cheung
	Olivia received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Before pursuing her career in the insurance industry, she had worked in a shipbroking company for years. We do not know what is going to happen in the next second, especially in a fast-moving business environment like freight forwarding. It is always desirable to prevent incidents in the first place. I am committed to assist our clients to prevent loss and offset rising claims by providing them with quality and professional advice.
	Ariel Keung
	Ariel earned a bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She understood the importance of insurance in risk management through her internship experience in a global insurance company. I hope my claims handling advice can help our clients to achieve a better outcome in their claim cases.


	Evy Wong
	Graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Marketing, Evy has learned the importance of building customer relationships and theories that assist her handling in customer enquiries. I believe insurance is always an essential tool to reduce unforeseeable risks in such everchanging generations. Meanwhile, such a fluctuating environment can also bring challenges in choosing the right insurance products. Our job is to listen, understand, and guide you through the process of seeking the most suitable insurance that offers you peace of mind during your goal achieving.
